At Sofia and Spritz, we want you to be completely in love with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
